Ellie is passionate about combining intention, energy, & color to activate healing transmissions through her paintings. Ellie currently resides in Sedona where she paints full time. Ellie believes art in public spaces inspires every age to connect to their own creativity. Ellie's passion is exposing the public to the frequencies of her Color-Field paintings, thus encouraging a greater connection to their own unlimited potential. Ellen Benfatti earned her education in Art Therapy from UCSD. It was during her education that she came to a deep understanding that making art is about the creative process. Ellie's passion is using the process of creating art as a gateway to bring healing to the mind, body, soul, and community. This inspired her to establish Butterfly Genius Inc., A Non-Profit charity that supports the creative process, public art, as well as artists.
